Loved By Lilli

  • All pieces in the Loved by Lilli collection come from Lilli’s personal wardrobe. Some items have been worn, while others may be brand new or never worn. The condition of each item will always be clearly noted on the individual product page.

  • The condition of every piece is listed on the product page. Items may be described as:

    • New with tags
    • Never worn
    • Like new
    • Gently worn
    • Fully preloved

    Any noticeable wear will always be clearly mentioned.

  • Due to the secondhand and one-of-a-kind nature of these pieces, all sales are final and we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. Please check the product description carefully before purchasing.

  • We currently ship within South Africa.

  • All orders are processed between 1-3 business days. After that they will be shipped and your shipping time depends on your location. 

    • Major cities in South Africa: 2-3 business days after processing
    • Remote areas in South Africa: 3-5 business days after processing
  • Shipping is R90 nationwide, and orders over R650 qualify for free shipping.

  • Yes! Lilli will continue adding pieces from her wardrobe to the Loved by Lilli collection over time. Each item is one-of-a-kind, so once it’s sold, it won’t be restocked.

    • A product collaboration involves developing a product or collection together with Lilli, which is then launched and sold through your brand’s store.

  • Yes. Lilli’s rate card and partnership options are shared after reviewing your campaign request.

  • Lilli currently works on paid partnerships and product collaborations only.

  • Lilli does not offer standalone UGC or content creation services.

  • Lilli is open to partnering with both emerging and established brands.

    She has previously worked with brands in fashion, beauty, and lifestyle, but is open to exploring partnerships across other categories where there is a strong alignment with her audience.

    The most important factor is that the brand and offering feel authentic to Lilli’s style and resonate with her community.

  • Lilli occasionally participates in brand events, launches, and special appearances where there is a strong alignment with her audience.
