Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over R650 within South Africa.

For orders below R650, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and standard local shipping is R90.

Any additional shipping promotions will automatically be applied at checkout if your order qualifies.

• Remote areas: 3-5 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your delivery.

Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the parcel.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery times are outside of our control. However, if your order appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the courier.
